Provider was great explained to me what to expect when going to surgery

I was well informed through my visit. He knew exactly what I needed even when I wasn't sure myself. Very good experience in spite of the shot!! I felt relief right away and if needed I will do it again in three months!!

Dr. Li and his assistant kept me informed regarding the procedure I was undergoing and very professional in their interaction and communication with myself and my wife regarding the procedure they I was undergoing.

This was a 2nd opinion because I felt that the 1st clinic handled the situation poorly and disrespectfully. I was so grateful for the time, attention to detail, and clarity I was given in this appointment. I will recommend this clinic.

Dr. Danielson took time to listen to my concerns. He Included me in a plan for treatment but said if it doesn't work to call him.

He talked to me about my knee xray...he explained everything and answered all my questions. He listened and didnt rush me...he was very nice.

I am not in a lot of pain, so I could've easily been dismissed. My main Intention was to make sure that there isn't something going on that could either progress or lead to other problems. I am looking for answers vs. Treatments and that is what I was given. He ordered the tests that will give me answers from all directions. Having these tests will either give me comfort knowing there is nothing serious or will have all of this information to provide the best treatment plan if necessary.

I just referred one of my daycare parents to the clinic and I'd do it all over again.
